BP Pulse is looking for a CRM super star to help drive customer engagement, retention and ultimately revenue via our new platform Sales Force Marketing Cloud.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
This role will be responsible for the entire CRM function from strategy to delivery.
Your duties will include the development of an automated CRM Journeys and campaign calendar execution in line with wider marketing strategy.
You will be responsible for growing key audiences across pulse subscription growth, retention of subscription increases public usage of the network & sales of home chargers, also integration of the apps connecting into the wider customer journey.
* Identify target audience and grow our email list
* Identify opportunities to grow & engage new audiences
* Support head of marketing & analyst with segmentation recommendations
* Design, implement & execute all email marketing campaigns
* Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
* Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
* Write newsletters including all company updates
* Ensure our email templates are on brand & using graphics, personalization and advanced features – such dynamic content.
* Ensure engaging, prompt and accurate comms to maximise deliverability & open rates also minimising unsubscribes
* Analyze campaign weekly & monthly performance and suggest improvements & ensure these are prioritised
* Be mindful & report on ROI generated from email marketing efforts
* Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
* Provide regular execution to help raise brand awareness, improve sale conversion
* Improve website traffic to the blog & key landing pages
* Maintain competitor analysis – across offers, brand activity & product placements
