A key sales function often the first point of contact a customer will have with the business.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

* Make outgoing sales call to inbound leads

* Make outgoing Sales calls to CRM database

* Handle incoming telephone enquiries to the Sales Desk

* Provide product suite consultation and negotiate package pricing

* Maintain Salesforce CRM system and build a sales pipeline

* Build and manage relationships with key accounts.

* Ownership of individual sales target

* Liaise with production and installation teams to arrange smooth delivery and installation of

* units.

* Investigates unfilled, misplaced, or misdirected orders and resolves customer issues as necessary

* Maintains working knowledge of products and services sold and keeps current on industry developments

* Work closely and build strong relationships with key functions in the company
