EV charging market is developing fast as the electrification of fleets gathers pace. Competition is getting tougher both in volume and capability and customer expectations are increasing.
You will be part of the newly formed account management function, providing leadership to customers, identifying growth potential within existing accounts and developing beyond a transactional relationship to a position of joint value and long-term partnerships.
Ability to demonstrate past success in reengaging and commercializing lapsed customers
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
* Managing a portfolio of customer accounts, with targeted approach to growth and retention of accounts -is essential.
* Build and manage relationships with existing customer base
* Understand the technical and business aspects of each assigned customer account
* Proactively work with internal stakeholders to ensure customer is engaged and effectively managed
* Maintain an effective relationship and account development plan for all customer accounts – assess and evaluate the account portfolio and market considering economic, environmental, commercial, cultural and political factors
* Availability to your clients on demand, including unsocial hours and weekends as required
