With a greater demand for 1:1 Teaching Assistants and Behaviour Mentors for SEN schools, we are being inundated with requests for passionate sporting professionals, to work with pupils who display challenging behaviour and complex needs.
You will be keeping students engaged in lessons, making a real difference to their education and ensuring they are reaching their full potential.
Building and maintaining a good relationship with pupils is key when working in Special Educational Needs, the successful applicants will need to be resilient, calm and confident with behaviour management.
