Are you looking to become a Teaching Assistant?

Do you have a background in Behaviour Support?

We are looking for a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work on a supply basis with the opportunity of the position going long term.

This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience working with SEN, within the health sector or a Teaching Assistant looking to progress.

The Role –

You will be working with children with a variety of needs, from SEN, SEMH, challenging behaviour and learning difficulties. You may be required to work with children on a 1:1 basis or within group sessions. Due to time away from school through 2020 and previously being disengaged, the children require support to bridge the gap with their learning levels.

Candidate –

You will have a friendly approach and be confident in building trust and rapport with the pupils. Being able to adapt your teaching style to the pupil’s needs in order for the children to have the best learning experience.
