Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are looking for a Teaching Assistant to cover a long-term sickness gap at a Special Educational Needs School in Bourne End. The school requires a Teaching Assistant who is available 5 days a week and can commit to working 8.30am – 15.30pm. You will work alongside the SEN Teacher and numerous SEN Teaching Assistants, supporting a small class of primary aged pupils with autism, speech language communication difficulties, sensory and emotional needs. Although this role is covering a member of staff off on temporary long-term sick, the school is growing and there could be potential of a permanent role if all goes well.

Keen to take on board additional training provided by Teaching Personnel and the school

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
