Experience Teacher of DT and with immediate knowledge of teaching resistant materials

This School situated close to Milton Keynes provides private education for children from nursery to sixth form from three great locations. With strong community links they also have longstanding family ties developed over the many years. Over this time growth and improvement have been at its heart whilst offering a wide curriculum and broad range of extracurricular activities.

They are now looking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspiring teacher of Design and Technology. The ability to offer a variety of specialist areas would be an advantage particularly Resistant Materials. You will need to deliver both theory and practical lessons to GCSE and A Level and be able to use innovative and exciting teaching methods to deliver engaging lessons to a range of abilities. Previous experience teaching KS5 is essential.

To be considered for this Teacher of Design & Technology job you must have the following:

– Qualified Teacher Status either PGCE or Cert Ed
– Proven Teaching Experience within the last 2 years
– Willingness to promote Learning
– Strong Classroom Management Skills
– Flexible and adaptable approach to work
– NQT's or Experienced Teacher
