What you'll need to succeed
To succeed as a Secondary Teacher through Hays, you must have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). You must also have a passion and desire to deliver educational success as well as have up to date knowledge of the academic curriculum. NQTs are welcome to apply. Non-Qualified teachers will not be considered for this role. You must also have suitable and relevant active classroom experience within the last three years for referencing purposes as well as an up to date DBS that is subscribed to the DBS Update Service. Do not worry if not though, as we can process a new DBS application for you.
