SEN Teaching Assistant
Northampton
£70-75 per day

Vision for Education are looking to appoint an SEN specialist Teaching Assistant to work at a school in Northampton. This is a full-time role, ideal for an experienced or newly qualified Teaching Assistant looking for their next opportunities. To start in September, this position has the potential to be made permanent for the right candidate.  

The role

The successful Teaching Assistant will be a passionate and proactive individual, capable of building good relationships with pupils and staff. Working in Key Stage (KS) 3 and 4, they must have a good understanding of the curriculum and be able to work with the class teacher to deliver sessions in small group settings.

Requirements
To be considered for the Teaching Assistant position, you will:

Have experience working in Key Stage (KS) 3/4
Hold a minimum Level X 2/3 X childcare qualification
Have excellent behaviour management skills
Be a confident communicator, able to use your own initiative when required
