Sociology and RE role for September 2021 based in Chesham.
The successful candidate must be able to deliver engaging, fun and academic focused lessons that possess clear differentiation for a range of students.
Also have an understanding of good practice for assessments, tracking and monitoring and have the drive and determination to do all that is necessary to raise achievement within this large Secondary School based in Chesham.
The School value all their staff and have a thriving CPD programme that is tailored to the needs of the individual. This School is a wonderful place to work and has a special atmosphere and feel.
The school is well situated in Chesham and has good rail links to London and nationally. They are seeking to appoint someone with high expectations, a love of their subject, a passion for engaging learners, and an ability to enjoy the challenges of teaching.
Requirements:
Be able to teach Sociology and RE
Be a fully Qualified Teacher, with a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have the ability to prepare, plan deliver and mark
Have strong classroom management skills.
Be able to start September 2021
