Social Media Marketing and Events Management, is this where your experience and indeed passion lies?, are you currently available for a 6-12 month temporary contract, with very strong potential for permanency, and seeking a rewarding and broad ranging, home based, Social Media and Events Manager opportunity with a prestigious Milton Keynes based organisation?
As Social Media and Events Manager, based from home for the foreseeable future, you will provide key support to the Programme Manager for this highly progressive and expanding business and numerous internal stakeholders. With an emphasis on creating and co-ordinating the social media calendar, you’ll also monitor the success of campaigns and associated activity and create a range of content including blog posts, media copy and graphics.
As Social Media and Events Manager you’ll be working collaboratively with the wider team and also be responsible for;
* The creation and implementation of marketing campaign material
* Project management
* The planning and co-ordination of numerous virtual and on-site events
* Internal stakeholder liaison and management
* Website content creation and maintenance
With excellent all round communication skills, a keen eye for detail and a naturally thorough approach to you work, you’ll demonstrate skill at creating engaging social media and wider marketing content and assisting with the delivering of successful customer attraction campaigns via multiple channels.
A hands-on, proactive Social Media and Events Manager, you’ll be a self-organised and motivated marketeer, comfortable working from home on a full-time basis and experienced with the use of digital communications to market a service and organise supporting events. You’ll also adept at managing multiple projects and the planning and coordination of associated events.
On offer in return is an hourly pay rate of £15.50 – £18.00 per hour, plus holiday pay or a circa salary of £30,000 – £35,000 per annum, subject to experience.
A standard full-time working week of 37 hours will apply.
