Level 3 Nursery Nurse and a Room Leader role in Iver, Buckinghamshire within a fantastic setting that has recently been acquired by a small, successful chain.

This is a permanent position for 40 hrs per week Monday to Friday on a rota

Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
Ensuring health, safety and well-being of the children at all times
Being a key person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their families according to the EYFS
Ensuring ratios are adhered to at all times
Checking paperwork is completed appropriately
Leading a team of practitioners (room Leader only)
supporting and training staff members (Room Leader only)Requirements of the Room Leader and Nursery Nurse role include:

Minimum level 3 in childcare
Previously managed a room within a nursery (room Leader only)
Ability to plan effectively within the EYFS
To complete observations
