We are working with a 'Good' Secondary school in Wendover who are looking for passionate Teaching Assistants and Technicians to support their Science department.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to build experience for a potential teaching career whilst supporting the next generation.
This medium sized Secondary school are currently looking for an enthusiastic and devoted Science Graduate to join their excellent team as a Teaching Assistant or Science Technician.
The position starts ASAP, is for the whole academic year and pays a daily rate of £70 per day. There is also the possibility of joining the school on a permanent contract at the end of the academic year.
The school has an incredibly warm atmosphere and sense of community. Ofsted have spoken about the pupil's happiness and positive attitude towards their learning.
The school boasts fantastic modern facilities which are regularly used by the local community.
Located in an ideal leafy location in Wendover, the school is close by to good transport links and with accessible parking.
Due to the disruption caused by COVID-19, the Head teacher is keen to bring in a positive member of staff to support the children and strengthen the Science team for the coming year.
The Science Graduate Teaching Assistant/Technician must:
*Hold a Science degree
*Ideally have recent experience working as a TA/LSA/121/Technician
*Have energy, commitment and creativity
*Be able to engage well with colleagues, children and their parents
*Have a positive attitude
*Have clear and strong written and spoken communication skills
*Be available and willing to commit for the academic year 2020/21
