Reprographics Manager

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Part time, 20 hours a week • 8.30-12.30 daily • Term time only

Required to start in April/May 2021 • Permanent

We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic individual to manage the Reprographics function in our highly successful independent girls' school. Responsible for the delivery of an efficient and quality reprographics service to all staff, this role requires a practical knowledge of a range of IT packages and strong attention to detail.

Duties will primarily include photocopying to produce support materials for lessons, printing booklets, binding, laminating, advising staff on the most efficient and effective use of materials and equipment, and managing stock. The successful candidate will need to be able to work under pressure to very strict deadlines and have good communication skills. Previous experience of completing similar work is required.
