FE Partners Ltd. are proud to be working with two reputable training providers both looking for talented business development managers.
An ideal candidate for these roles would be based somewhere between Birmingham and London, however the world is changing and remote work makes it possible to consider applicants outside of this area.
Salary £40,000-£50,000 per annum with OTE of £100K per annum.
Our clients are specialised training providers operating in a vast number of sectors in both the public and private spheres.
Ideal applicants will have experience in some of one of the two below training organisation sectors.
Leadership & management, digital skills, administration & customer service
Data analytics, intelligence, counter-fraud, risk or security Responsibilities
Developing new business and partnerships with SMEs, large levy-paying businesses and government entities
Maintaining existing relationships and encouraging their growth
Facilitate meetings (mostly remote, some physical), to engage with senior managers / L&D teams to discuss apprenticeship programmes, commitment and support required as well as touting the benefits of our client's apprenticeship programmes
Attend monthly meetings and perform against pre-determined KPIs
Person specification
Must have significant experience in the training provider space, particularly in some of one of the two sectors above
Previous experience and track record of selling commercial training programmes is essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategy
Focused and goal-oriented
Ideally hold a degree-level qualification
