This is a great opportunity for someone from an Mentor background to work with a high quality and customer focused training provider, the successful applicant will work with learners in their place of employment delivering Project Management workshops for the Associate Project Management Standard. Will require competencies in Project Management, experience of facilitating group workshops and a knowledge of electronic portfolios would be desirable. Company laptop and mobile phone provided. Mileage allowance paid, full driving licence and use of own car.

Ability to motivate individuals through achievement of their qualification and the
understanding of how to set SMART targets
Ability to motivate yourself and manage your own diary.
Target driven
Proven expertise ideally in one or more of the following:
Level 4 Project Management Apprenticeship (aligned to the APM Project Management (PMQ) qualification)
Level 3 Improvement Technician Apprenticeship
Level 4 Improvement Practitioner Apprenticeship
Skills & Qualifications:
Have a minimum of three years’ experience working within a Project Management
environment.
Membership of the APM and holds an APMP Level D qualification as a minimum.
Have a sound knowledge of Project Management practices and processes.
Good numeracy, literacy and computer skills.
Communicates effectively, both orally, and in writing, with learners, employers and other professionals
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Have experience of delivering and developing Project Management courses
An understanding of the Apprenticeship Framework and the funding process
Knowledge of alternative teaching/learning options
A good level of understanding of MS office applications
Have experience of Training Needs Analysis and Programme Design
Able to deliver the APM Diploma and the APM Introductory Course

Proven ability, maturity and confidence to deal with a diverse range of personnel
Self-starter, able to manage a variety of projects independently
Ability to work on own initiative
Patient and shows control in challenging situations
Can take ownership for problems and assignment to resolution
Shows leadership when appropriate, but is also a good team player
Clear thinking and a simple communicator
