Primary Teaching Assistant – Slough

Are you looking for an opportunity to work in a Primary school, within a multi diverse community as a Primary Teaching Assistant?

Based in the heart of Slough, this 'good' rated school caters for pupils aged 3-11 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs and has easily accessible public transport links. This school are seeking a confident and motivated Primary Teaching Assistant to support pupils across KS2.

We are looking for A Primary Teaching Assistant, for long-term placements supporting pupils with their education. For this post, you must be an assertive and caring Primary Teaching Assistant, who has previous experience working with challenging behaviour either in a volunteer or paid role.      

The ideal Primary Teaching Assistant should have the following:

A minimum of 6 months’ experience in an educational establishment as a Primary Teaching Assistant
Ideally suited to a confident, dedicated and hardworking Primary Teaching Assistant
Previous support work within a school or other child related experience
Strong behaviour management
Enthusiastic, positive and friendly approach
