The Recruitment Crowd are working with an Ofsted Registered Organisation who specialize in residential care and support for Children and Young People who may have Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviours, Autism and ADHD. Some of the Young People may have suffered neglect, trauma, or other types of domestic abuse.

My client has extremely high standards of care and always ensure children are at the heart of everything they do, and they are looking for an Ofsted Registered Manager to oversee a brand new 4 bed EBD home. You will take charge and be responsible for managing all aspects of running the home whilst ensuring high levels of care are provided.

The successful candidate will:

Have through knowledge and understanding of OFSTED regulations and Legislation.
Have good knowledge and understanding of Social Care Common Inspection Framework.
Be dedicated in making a difference
Be passionate, tenacious and have a vision to make the house a home

Certification Requirements:

Must be a Registered Manager of Children’s Residential Home – 1 year (Required)
Hold a full valid driving licence (Required)
Must hold Level 3 or 4 Residential Childcare or equivalent (Required)
Level 5 Leadership and Management (Preferred)
Must be over the age of 21
