Great opportunity for an immediate start at a well established nursery in High Wycombe. This is for a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse in the Baby Room. Experience of working in a Private Nursery with Babies would be an advantage and Having an N.V.Q Level 3 in Childcare is essential for this role.
This purpose built 60 place, Nursery Setting has great indoor and outdoor space and as well as excellent rations. The setting also has been graded Good by Ofsted, which is credit to the experienced staff they have, as well as the commitment they make to all employees to help them maximise their potential.

Nursery Nurse Role:
* Provide high quality care and education while promoting health and well-being
* Help children achieve the best possible start in life
* To ensure learning is linked to the child’s development
* To be able to plan for age appropriate activities
* To be able to communicate with Parents/Carers and other external professionals
Nursery Nurse Requirements:
• Level 3 qualification or higher in childcare education
• Good interpersonal skills and an ability to be organised and efficient
• The ability to support trainees through mentoring and coaching
• Acting as Key-worker and to observe
• A working knowledge of the Children’s Act.
• Experience working with toddlers or pre school
• Good communication skills both with children and parents
• Ability to form good interactions with children and use own initiative
