Nursery Deputy Manager – Beaconsfield

We are looking for an experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to join this beautiful nursery setting in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire

The ideal Nursery Deputy Manager needs to have some leadership skills, you must be able to assist in leading an enthusiastic and passionate team as well as delivering exceptional childcare education

Initially the Nursery Deputy Manager role will be room based with a view to becoming an out of ratio role in due course. The Nursery Deputy Manager will have overall responsibility in the absence of the Nursery Manager

Competitive annual salary up to £25,000 per annum, pro rata. All salaries are dependent on qualifications and experience.

About you –

* Full and relevant early years qualification – Level 3 or above

* Clear and Enhanced DBS check

* Be able to demonstrate a high level of integrity

* Have strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills

* Take ownership of personal and team actions

* Promote collaboration and nurture a positive, professional work environment

* Excellent knowledge of the new OFSTED Inspection framework

* Passionate about delivering outstanding childcare education
