Nursery Deputy Manager – Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire

We are recruiting for a Deputy Manager who has experience and is able to lead an enthusiastic and passionate team

As Deputy Manager, initially, the position will be room based with a view to becoming an out of ratio Deputy Manager

The Deputy Manager will have overall responsibility in the absence of the Nursery Manager, you must have strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. The Deputy Manager will also need to have good knowledge of the new OFSTED inspection framework

Competitive annual salary up to £26,000 per annum. All salaries are dependent on qualifications and experience.

About you –

* Full and relevant Childcare qualification – Level 3, a Foundation Degree would be desirable

* Clear and Enhanced DBS check

* Excellent knowledge of the EYFS Framework

* Excellent organisation and communication skills

* A desire to continue with professional development

* Be fully committed and reliable

* Experience of working in a leadership role
