To be a considered you will need to;
-Be a in your final year of your PGCE or alternative teaching qualification
-Have knowledge of the secondary national Curriculum
-A real passion for teaching
-Have excellent team working skills
-Have strong classroom management skills
-You must have experience in a primary school setting and be able to communicate effectively as well as have a thorough understanding of the current curriculum
