Maths Teacher – KS4/5 – Long Term Full Time – Starting September 2021 – Buckinghamshire
Supply Desk are seeking a full time teacher, to cover a vacancy within a Maths Department at a reputable secondary school in Buckinghamshire teaching KS4 and KS5 students maths.
This placement will commence in September 2021 and run for the full school year. There is potential for the role to become permanent from the next academic year.

The school in Buckinghamshire is of medium size and recognises that it is their responsibility to ensure that they support the needs of all students. Their intake of students is across a wide spectrum of ability and the school is a fully inclusive and supportive environment for both staff and students. The school has seen rapid improvement and expansion in recent years to include new state of the art classrooms and technology suites. Role Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be required to deliver the full duties of a teaching position:
Do all planning for your KS4/5 maths classes of varying abilities
Marking all work in a timely manner
Feeding back to parents on the progress of students
Attend staff meetings & CPD sessions
Have excellent behaviour management skills and classroom control
Good interpersonal skills with staff and students.
Minimum Requirements:
Applicants must be a fully qualified teacher (QTS/ QTLS/ PGCE/ NQT/ SCITT or equivalent) with previous experience of teaching maths at KS4 and KS5. You must be available on a full time basis and be able to commit to this position for the full academic year.
