My key client, a highly established yet evolving multinational organisation are currently seeking a highly driven Marketing & Admissions Manager to be located in Buckingham.
The Marketing & Admissions Manager role is responsible for directing the Marketing & Admissions functions throughout three campuses to maximise pupil recruitment and retention. The primary aim of the role is to head up the schools Marketing & Admissions function, driving targeted lead generation, raising the profile of the school among its key audiences and stakeholders.
As the Marketing and Admissions Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Develop and implement the marketing plans for the whole school and act as 'brand guardian’
* Overseeing the process for all admissions enquiries to ensure that all families are nurtured throughout the process.
* Managing the annual marketing plan of school admissions and retention events (open days, assessment, transition and taster days)
* Ensure that Marketing plans are aligned with the school’s strategic development plan and that individual campaigns and initiatives make best use of the available budget
* Promote and develop the school’s image and reputation amongst its key constituencies including parents, feeder schools, business and the wider community
As the Marketing and Admissions Manager, ideally you will possess the following experience:
* Proven experience within Education or Services industry
* Demonstrable experience within a commercial environment
* Experience with social, digital marketing
* Excellent interpersonal and customer facing skills
