Job Title: Management Trainer / Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)

*Trainee or Qualified Assessor Opportunity*  

Location: South of England – Home/Field based (Must be flexible with travel)

Salary: up to £28,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Our client is happy to consider non qualified Assessors, who posses solid experience within Management, and ideally some exposure to learning and development, to deliver Management qualifications to learners working across a range of industries.

Full training and support will be given to Trainee candidates to achieve the Assessor award

Essential Criteria for all candidates:

Must hold 2 years of solid, occupational experience within Management.

Experience of delivering training within the workplace is highly desirable.

Excellent IT skills and confident with online remote delivery.

Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle.

Must be flexible with travel.

Duties include:

Assess and support learners working towards New Apprenticeship Standards in Management (Level 5) and Team Leader (Level 3). 

Deliver training and support to learners undertaking Functional Skills – Maths, English and ICT to level 2.

Conduct online and face to face observations learners to gather evidence towards their qualifications.

Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.

Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.

Support, advise and motivate learners.

Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.

Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.

Personal Skills:

Must be an excellent communicator who is learner and quality focussed.

Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
