We are on the lookout for someone like you who has a strong personality, loves a challenge and wants to help young offenders on the right path to success. You will be working with students between 11-17 who come from various backgrounds to create a safe and secure environment, this is a great opportunity for someone who would love to support young offenders with educational needs.

You will play a leading role in offenders' lives, helping them achieve results to get them a better future. This will be in a small caseload of 4-5 students, helping manage their development, from learning new skills to participation, most students are on EHCP plans.

You will also have the opportunity to grow your career, working in a safe and secure environment.
