Tradewind recruitment is recruiting for a LSA to work in a secondary school in Buckinghamshire to start ASAP. There are full-time and part-time roles available until the end of the academic year. This school are keen to hear from all recent Graduates who are looking to take their first steps into teaching, especially those graduates from subjects including English, Maths, Science, French, Performing Arts, and Computer Science, and those who have gained experience through working with secondary students with SEN needs, including ADHD, SEMH, ASD, and Physical Disabilities

The Role – Learning Support Assistant – Buckinghamshire
Located in Buckinghamshire, this high achieving mainstream secondary school are searching for an enthusiastic, determined Learning Support Assistant to join their positive, supportive and purposeful community. You will be required to promote and support the inclusion of all students, ensure that you attending to the social, personal and education needs of all students and be willing to provide personal care when required.
You will possess excellent communication skills and a good general level of education to support students in enhancing the learning of a small group of students in a classroom setting, and work collaboratively with Teaching and SENDCOs
The Candidate – Learning Support Assistant – Buckinghamshire
The successful candidate for this Learning Support Assistant role will have recently graduate from university, with a Secondary Subject Degree, and would have received at least a 2:1
Ideally you would have completed additional SEN courses, however this is desirable, not essential
Attend staff meetings, participate in performance management arrangements, and undertake training and development activities.
Have a passion for working in education and with young people, especially those with SEN
