Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit an established and experienced Learning Support Assistant for a SEND department for a Secondary School in the Milton Keynes area. 

We work in partnership with an Good Secondary School in Milton Keynes who have an “outstanding” Individual Needs department. You will be part of this department, supporting a statemented student with their educational needs in order to support their learning and development.

Ideally, you will have previous experience of working in a school/care setting supporting a young person and have an understanding of educational needs of young people. You will also have a good level of literacy and numeracy (GCSE passes in English and Maths), a flexible approach to your work plus a resilient positive character.

In return, the school can offer a supportive and friendly working environment and a new purpose built Emmaus as your work base. 

This is a full-time role ideally from September, and would be Temp to Perm. Our Temp to Perm period is 16 term time weeks for this Secondary School.
