We're delighted to be assisting a client of ours in finding an individual for an exciting internal quality assurance role. The role is initially a 6 month fixed term contract which could be extended into a permanent position in the future providing it is suitable for both parties.

The advertised salary is based on a full time annual wage, therefore the salary will be pro rata for an individual working 6 months, altough it is negotiable based on skills and experience.

This is a remote role, with occasional visits to the Henley and Reading area's.

Main responsabilities

Purpose

* Assist with the quality assurance of the Apprenticeship Tutors’ service delivery.

* Apply quality systems to monitor and evaluate the development of knowledge, skills, and behaviours, in line with EPAOs, Ofsted and ESFA requirements

* Provide guidance and support apprenticeship tutors remotely and in the field.

Main tasks

* Sampling of apprenticeship tutor’s work, learner folders, interim- and Gateway checks.

* Regular communication with apprenticeship tutors, provide support and solutions, based on defined areas of development, to ensure consistency in learner completions.

* Observe Teaching and Learning

* Standardisation activities, based on defined trends
