HR Manager
Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 (Depending on Experience)
Full-time | Permanent (40 Hours per week, 52 weeks per year)

The School
Ashfold is an established co-educational Preparatory School for around 260 children aged 3 – 13+ set in a beautiful Jacobean mansion with its own thirty-acre estate in the heart of the Buckinghamshire countryside just twenty minutes from Oxford, Thame and Aylesbury.
The school has expanded significantly over the last fifteen years and invested heavily in its infrastructure and support systems. We aim to give every child the firmest possible grounding in the core academic subjects, within a small caring family community where children both know each other and all of the staff.
The Post
Ashfold School are looking to appoint a HR and Compliance Manager to join a dynamic operational team.
Starting as soon as possible, you will work with the Bursar to ensure the effective delivery of HR services to the whole school.
Furthermore, you will have relevant experience in HR processes and personnel management. With a flair for accuracy and attention to detail, you will be able to understand and interpret legislation, ensuring the School remains legally compliant with safer recruitment and employment regulations. Possessing accomplished written and verbal communication skills coupled with effective IT capabilities, you will be able to develop good relations with the staff, and the wider school community. Experience of working within a school environment would be preferable.
