Working directly with the HR Recruitment Team Leader, your role as HR Administrator will be to provide HR and executive recruitment support to a number of business units and assist with the promotion of the organisation to potential employees.
In this broad ranging HR Administrator role, you’ll be involved with the following on a day to day basis;
* Managing and co-ordinating recruitment campaigns
* Advertising
* Interview facilitation
* Reference checking
* Induction plans
* Diversity monitoring
* Database management
* HR based query resolution
* Ad-hoc projects as directed
With excellent all round administration abilities, a keen eye for detail and a naturally thorough approach to you work, you’ll be an organised HR Administrator with strong communication skills and good experience from within a customer facing role.
On offer in return is annual salary of £20,500 – £22,500, plus pension, 25 – 30 days annual holiday entitlement and a range of other benefits.
A standard full-time working week of 37 hours will apply and applicants should have their own transport.
