We have an amazing opportunity for a Head of Curriculum Design to work for one of the country's leading training providers. delivering high-quality Apprenticeships in the automotive sector. Operating nationally, each year they manage the training for more than 4000 people, managing the national Apprenticeship Programmes for Ford Motor Company, DAF Trucks. They also manage several other programmes for large companies across independent motor groups.
As part of their future growth plans, they are now looking for an experienced Head of Curriculum & Design to join the training delivery team!
Candidates must have the following skills, experience, and qualifications to be considered:
* Must have a background & qualifications within the motor industry
* Proven management experience in the Automobile Industry training sector
* Proven ability to understand varying remote learning platforms and capable of writing relevant engaging and efficacious digital learning content
*
* PTLLS or equivalent teaching qualification
* Functional Skills level 2 or above in Maths, English, and ICT
* Proven experience in creating high-quality teaching and learning materials for Apprenticeships.
* Highly adept Microsoft office user with expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
