Graduate Teaching Assistant

Are you a recent graduate who is considering a role in education and has experience working with children? Would you be keen to work in a Primary School local to Milton Keynes/Bedfordshire on a long-term contract from September?

Tradewind is working with a variety of Primary schools throughout based near Milton Keynes and Bedfordshire who are looking for talented graduates who want to help support their students on a 1:1 basis and with small groups.

***Graduate Teaching Assistants – All subjects welcome with a minimum 2:2 grade

***September start with Primary Schools in Bedfordshire

***Long term role paid between £70 and £80 per day

***Opportunities to progress onto teacher training

We are looking for graduates with inspiring personalities who can help support pupils on a 1:1 basis and with small groups. The position of Teaching Assistant is a rewarding role which can progress into a teaching career for the right person.

Criteria:

Degree Qualified
Experience working with children (does not need to be school based)
SEN knowledge and experience (highly desirable)
Desire to gain in-class experience from a range of excellent teachers
Strong, confident personality that will inspire students
Keen to get involved with all aspects of school life including extracurricular activities
Open to taking on teacher training in the future
Ideally drives
DBS on the update service or willing to complete asap
