Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for a number of Graduates for several different schools in the High Wycombe Area to start asap on fixed term contracts in schools able to provide CV enhancing experience and various routes into teacher training! Tradewind are proud to work with a range of schools including some of the counties best Grammar schools. Roles can start asap or in April for the right Graduates. These are full time, long-term roles paying £70 – £90 depending on role, experience and availability.
The role will consist of supporting various pupils on a 1:1 basis, leading small groups of pupils and covering classes / groups for absent teachers. These rewarding and popular roles that provide not only; great experience for those considering a career in education or SEN, but also the opportunity to have a huge impact on the lives and education of the local pupils. A positive outlook and upbeat approach is essential an awareness of SEN is an advantage however not essential.

To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:
Hold a recent Degree of any Maths, English or Science Degree
Experience of working with SEN or within youth work is an advantage
Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
