Gas Measurement Technician

Adecco Milton Keynes are recruiting for a new and exciting role! Keep reading to find out more;

you will independently perform gas measurements and ensure that customers receive reliable advice about any gases present in Sea Containers or other enclosed spaces. Based on this advice, a customer then determines whether they will have the containers unloaded or whether they will use our ventilation methods to get the concentrations of gases down to a legally safe level.

Activities:Independently perform gas measurements and instalment of ventilation;Incidental unloading of containers;Taking air samples.

Your qualities:

You speak and write it English to a very good level
You live within an hour driving range of Milton Keynes
You are prepared to obtain internal /external training to learn all the skills you need
You know it's important to keep learning about your work and the clients services
You are in possession of a driving license
You are service-oriented – A satisfied customer is your goal,Have good communication skills and be able to work alone/and/or within a team.
Have good time keeping

Note: You must have lived in the UK for at least 5 years. This is required for a security clearance to work on site.

Job Types: Full-time, temporary to Permanent

Salary: £11.25 per hour

Additional pay: Bonus scheme in place

Schedule:10 hour shift 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Dayshift Monday to Friday Overtime -Weekends
