ESL Tutor (Part Time 3 Days) KS3 – KS5 – Slough – ASAP START

Prospero Teaching are looking for an ESL Tutor to work at an independent school in Slough, Berkshire. The school are looking for someone to start ASAP until the end of this term covering a teacher who is currently on long term leave.

You will be working in an established large school where all students are challenged to reach excellence every day. The school have great facilities to ensure the highest level of learning takes place. The successful candidate will teach and support students who are studying for their A-Levels and need to prepare for an IELTS exam and further develop their academic English skills. The school are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable individual who can support students across the curriculum. The school offer a friendly and supportive compliment of staff to make you feel welcome and supported while you work in the school. Behaviour is generally good and there are a lot of resources within the school to aid you in your lessons.

You will be working with KS3 – KS5 ESL Students.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

CELTA or DELTA
Experience teaching ESL to KS5 minimum
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year desirable however not essential
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

Hold Right to Work in the UK

Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related referencesOTHER
