Would you like to join a national charity with amazing career options?
Since we have worked with this company, we have seen promotions including the team leader of the team you may be joining.
This is a very rewarding role, where you will be taking the reins and building up your own caseload of ex-offenders from probation referrals to gain employment upon release from prison. Based out of the local probation trust, you will work independently with your caseload to provide support around training, education, and most of all employment which includes cv writing, cover letters, interview preparation. Alongside your caseload, you will be working towards monthly targets that are split between employment outcomes, new programme starters and exit points.
You will be based at Bicester probation centre Monday-Friday, 8.30-5pm (1 hour lunch of course).
This is a great company to be apart of and has many support measures put in place to ensure that you succeed. They really do strive to train, encourage, and support.
About you….
We are looking for someone with a can do attitude, resilience, proactive and of course a great personality!
Ideally you have some idea about the criminal justice system or experience working on a work programme type. We would be keen to also hear from those who have had a recruitment background or even those who have been used to working around KPI’S and targets.
People who might also find this role of interest may have worked as an Employment Advisor, Probation Officer, Case Manager or Resettlement Officer.
