Choice Teachers are eager to speak to Cover Supervisors that are looking for supply roles and short-term work from September 2020 onwards. There will be new ways of working from September and staff will need to be more motivated than ever to deliver quality lessons and be flexible under difficult circumstances.

Covid-19 has had a huge impact on Education, children and schools. There is still some work to be done in order to understand exactly how the return to full-time classes will work but Choice Teachers are working with a number of schools within Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire who are anticipating a higher need for supply staff, both short-term and especially long-term. We plan on retaining a team of a few regular Cover Supervisors that are available for specific, individual schools. The Schools are based around Milton Keynes and Bedford.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications.

The role

The desired Cover Supervisor will be working with pupils, with a wide range of ability levels and backgrounds. This role would be suitable for people who are new to the profession, or people with experience of a similar role working with young people in a formal setting.

Requirements

To be considered for this role in, you will:

* Have experience of working with young people in a formal setting

* Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Teachers and support workers

* Have a passion for working with young people

* Ideally degree qualified in a curriculum subject
