We are currently looking for a Corporate Trainer to join our existing team based in Milton Keynes. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus great benefits.

As our Corporate Trainer you will develop and deliver training programs on payment processing products, processes and technologies for both internal and external customers. Maintain existing training content and systems resulting from analysis of system development, regulatory mandates and/or payment brand compliance. Provide presentations, demonstrations, advice and consultancy relating to systems and ancillary products. Evaluate to determine if business outcomes have been achieved. Follow up to ensure continuous improvement. Proactively expand existing and build new knowledge.
Main responsibilities as our Corporate Trainer will require you to:
– Deliver a range of simple to moderately complex technical training content and a clear understanding of given subject(s) by following course syllabus with little to moderate deviation.
– Tailor content based on individual customer needs, as directed. Occasionally assists with simple design projects.
– Provide basic cross?training and support for colleagues.
– Contribute to on?site client support and training by providing basic advice relating to the applicable functionality of the system and ancillary products. Accompanies/supports higher level trainer/manager as needed; however, training could be single trainer led.
What we are looking for in our idea Corporate Trainer:
– Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Exp ? Training delivery experience; relevant subject matter experience
– Bachelor's Degree ? Additional experience in lieu of degree will be accepted
– Proficient in multiple products and technologies; good understanding of cross?functional dependencies
– Ability to dissect and transfer knowledge to diverse audiences
– Ability tailor training content to meet audience requirements
– Knowledge of developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
