Are you a Computer Science Teacher looking to secure a new role in September 2021?

Dunbar Education is working on behalf of a secondary school based in Milton Keynes. The school is looking to recruit a successful Computer Science teacher to join them in September on a permanent basis.

Role:

As the Computer Science Teacher, you will be accountable to teach ks3 and 4 students, helping them to develop their technical skills further. You must be a reliable teacher who ensures all work is completed, marked constructively and progress is monitored. You will plan and deliver lessons to meet the needs of all learners and will be able to maintain positive discipline in the classroom. You will be responsible to help look after all equipment and ensure a safe environment for the students. You should also be available to offer extra guidance and support where necessary including on a 1:1 basis.

Required skills/experience:

The ideal Computer Science Teacher will have a Computer Science degree and will have recently worked within a secondary school. You will have adequate knowledge of coding and programming.

Person Specification:

It is important as the school’s Computer Science teacher to carry out the professional duties of a qualified teacher in accordance with the current UK curriculum.
