An exciting opportunity for an experienced Process Improvement Analyst to join a

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

To analyse all areas of the Network at customer and network level from an efficiency and cost perspective
Task /Process / Data analysis
Data and Processes analysis
Identification of trends, weak links and missed opportunities for performance and costs improvement
To make recommendations based on findings, highlighting good bad practice
Produce relevant KPI's depicting finding, working with Contract managers to support messages to customers
Collaborating with IT and other Asset light logistics departments for the betterment of the service offering advising senior management and stakeholders
Applied analysis of Procurement initiatives within the cross-border network
Collaborate with Solutions Design department on new business opportunities annual network health check
Shape monthly KPIs to depict performance for internal and external consumption

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent and proven analytical skills
Written and verbal communications, including business document writing
Understanding of operational and system concepts
Experience of cost/benefit analysis and business case production
Knowledge & understanding of effective customer & supplier relationship management principles
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Visio. Proficient in the use of other Microsoft Office platforms including Word; PowerPoint; E-mail
An eye for accurate reporting abilities
