Introduction

S Knights Recruitment is recruiting for an exceptional training provider who engage, educate and inspire learners to reach their maximum potential though apprenticeships or accredited training courses. They ensure learners develop professionally whilst enhancing their employability skills. The organisation are currently recruiting for an ambitious CIPS trainer to join their team!

Role and Responsibilties

– Actively maintain good relationships with employers, collages, learners and any other organisations
– Deliver the apprenticeship and get the learners to Gateway
– Deliver high quality teaching and engaging lessons
– Integrate the delivery of functional skills in the apprenticeship where necessary
– Monitor the learners participation attendance and review their progress
– Uploading data on an MIS system and updating the progress
– Ensure the learners have developed new skills and desired outcomes

Experience and Skills

– Essential CIPS Certification
– A minimum of three years Industry/Occupational experience is essential
– Experience of working within an industry regulated by Ofsted/ESFA is highly desirable including knowledge of funding eligibility and the Apprenticeship Levy
– A minimum of two years teaching and/or training experience
– Good communication and time management skills
