Who are we looking for?
Continued support and training ensures you can boldly take that step and
fearlessly leap into self-employment. You’ll develop your current skills and
learn valuable new ones as you develop your own business to benefit you,
your family and your local community.
We offer the best in house training meaning we recruit people from different
sectors. Franchisees' previous careers include: retail area manager, legal secretary, nursery practitioner, marketing director, teacher, teaching assistant and stay at home mum.
We're looking for people with:
* The confidence to embrace, drama and storytelling (this is essential to deliver our classes with integrity and inspire the children and adults you will be working with)
* A genuine desire to build their own successful business within the Debutots franchise model
* A strong belief in the value of providing a wonderful and original product to benefit children and the local community
