Your new role

– Undertake appropriate repairs e.g redecorating and fixing
– Organise and carry out improvement work
– Operation and maintenance of heating plant and lighting systems
– Collect and assemble waste for removal
– Contribute to planning, development and organisation of systems/procedures/policies
– Be responsible for maintenance records, information, data and producing analysed reports
– Open and secure site at start and end of day

What you'll need to succeed

-Ability to work in a shift pattern
-Good numeracy and literacy skills
-Qualifications in first aid at work or the willingness to under first aid training
-Awareness of Health and safety procedures
-Ability to work alone reliably
