Intro: S Knights Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a Business Development Manager to focus specifically on levy paying employers. Our client have been graded a Good provider by Ofsted and have supported over 32 thousand learners since 2000 by offering a range of professional apprenticeship programmes from Management, Warehousing, Recruitment, Sales, Digital Marketing and many others.
They are looking for a Levy specialist business development manager, to build relationships with external stakeholders, provide them with IAG and look at their talent strategies in order to sell their apprenticeship programmes. This is a full time, hybrid, permanent position that will focus in Milton Keynes and is happy to attend the office once a week.
Role and Responsibilities:
The role of Business Development Manager includes the following responsibilities:
– Manage and maintain new and existing relationships and leads, monitoring where leads can be converted to sales
– Being in control of own pipeline, creating new leads whilst driving our clients success.
– Being motivated to reach and exceed KPI's and targets.
– Provide support to team where needed, as well as a accurate report for the line manager/s, when requested.
Experience and Skills:
The ideal Business Development Manager will have:
– Experience working towards KPI's and targets, with a background in a similar roles, such as sales, recruitment, business development
– An understanding and experience working within the Employability and Skills sector, as well as an understanding of funding.
– Exceptional organisational and motivational skills, with a positive and optimistic attitude to all tasks and reaching KPI's.
