We are proudly looking to grow our team, and looking for an Business Development Consultant to join an award-winning training provider, and we recently won apprentice provider 2021! Do you have experience selling work-based learning apprenticeships, adult education, or ESF-funded projects? OR are you a successful salesperson looking to explore a more fulfilling role , whilst still be able to earn commission / reward . Specific responsibilities:
· Management of Sales Accounts
· Establish and build effective and productive relationships with existing contacts.
· Meet and exceed sales targets.
· Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers proactively.
· Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
· To explore all possibilities for new business accounts, with AEB, APPRENTERSHIPS , short courses ETC
· To develop and expand client base
· Generate and follow up on all sales leads.
· Maximise business by developing new leads through a variety of sources.
· Maintain and produce to deadline accurate sales reports.
· Attend Meetings as and when requested by your line manager.
· Work with Acacia Group to understand new products and business objectives. Having an understanding that the needs of business will change from time to time.
· Monitoring and reporting competitor activities and identifying business threats and opportunities.
· Gathering market and customer information.
· Co-ordinate materials for marketing events
· Representing the organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
· Review own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
* Manage key accounts and produce timely documentation and reports for the clients as and when required.
· Individual responsibility for self management.
· Effectively interact with other departments
· Leading or working on Projects
· Liaising with other relevant individuals across the business.
· Any other duties as may be required
· Knowledge DAS set up and support for employers claiming incentives
Skills Required:
* At Least two years experience in a sales position
* The Ability to develop a working relationships with Internal and external customers
* Strong Time management skills
* The ability to Prioritise work in order to achieve objectives
* Excellent organisation skills
* Full UK Driving licence
