Warehouse Supervisor – Night Shift 

My client requires an experienced and hands on Warehouse Supervisor on their night shift, this is a fantastic opportunity to work for a great company based in Milton Keynes. 

The Role 

You will report directly to the Warehouse Manager to ensure all warehouse operations are completed in line with daily warehouse targets. 
You will monitor and oversee a team of operatives and delegate responsibilities where necessary.
The Duties

Proven work experience as a Warehouse Team Leader/Supervisor
Proven ability to coach, support and develop others
Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
To look after all areas of the warehouse on the night shift
Computer literate
Leadership skills and ability to manage staff
Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
