Our client has permanent vacancies for positive and pro-active Warehouse Supervisors to join their multi-skilled Warehouse Management Team and to lead a team working in storage and fulfilment roles in their busy Milton Keynes DCs.

The teams work to receive, store and redistribute sporting goods from large volume import to fulfilment of daily retailer orders. Supervising in your work area, you will co-ordinate with colleagues in other areas to manage priorities, working space, skills and equipment, whilst driving the performance of your own team.

The teams run on shifts of early (Apply online only)hrs), late (Apply online only)hrs) or static night (Apply online only)hrs), five days per week and are based at one site, though occasionally move between the two sites as necessary, so a flexible approach is essential.

The right candidate will be a positive and effective communicator, well organised, able to prioritise tasks and to motivate others, ideally with supervisory experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
