ESi Controls are looking for a Warehouse Senior Operator/Supervisor to join them on a full time, permanent basis in Buckingham to work on a day shift, Monday – Friday. For this position it is essential that you hold a forklift licence. This position will suit an experienced Logistics Supervisor, Logistics Co-ordinator, Warehouse Supervisor, Stock Controller who is looking for a new opportunity within a successful business. In return you will receive a competitive salary of £22,000 – £24,000 per annum.

As our Warehouse Senior Operator/Supervisor, your key duties and responsibilities include:

– Planning the Team workflow

– Mange the Goods In & Out procedures – ensuring that all inbound deliveries are checked and receipted in correctly and put away promptly

– Working within the team and with customer services to ensure accurate and timely order picking

– Inventory Management and maintain good stock control processes

– Conduct regular cycle / stock counts

– To be considered for this opportunity, you will have experience in a similar role

Our ideal Warehouse Senior Operator/Supervisor will have the below skills and experience:

– You will be IT literate, have good management skills and experience running efficient warehousing / logistics teams, ideally in a distribution environment

– This is a hands on, warehouse-based role so you must also be physically fit

– Previous demonstrable experience in a fast-moving distribution environment, demonstrable experience in a similar role

– Knowledge of warehouse industry

– Demonstrable flexible and proactive approach in order to meet and exceed operational objectives

– Full counterbalance forklift licence

– Good levels of both English and Maths

– A positive can-do attitude

– Reliable, Trustworthy, Team player, Good time keeping.

– Ability to work under pressure

– Focus on diligence and accuracy

– UK Driving licence
