ESi Controls are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operator to join their successful business on a full time, permanent basis based in Buckingham. It is essential that you hold a forklift licence. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £20,000 – £22,000 per annum.

Working pattern: Day shift, Monday – Friday

ESi Controls are now specified in most of the major UK Housebuilders.

As our Warehouse Operator, your key duties and responsibilities include:

Working within the team and with customer services to ensure accurate and timely order picking and packing

Maintaining good stock control processes and Inventory Management

Supporting unloading of deliveries (Containers)

Tracking regular cycle/stock counts

This is a hands-on, warehouse-based role so you must also be physically fit.

Our ideal Warehouse Operator will have the below skills and experience:

Previous demonstrable experience in a fast-moving distribution environment, demonstrable experience in a similar role

A demonstrable flexible and proactive approach to meet and exceed operational objectives

Full counterbalance forklift licence

A positive can-do attitude

Reliable, Trustworthy, Team player, good timekeeping.

Ability to work under pressure.

Focus on diligence and accuracy.

UK Driving licence
